por esta reseña en El Universal digital, sobre el avance del proyecto al cual Carlos Medina fue invitado a participar en Dishui, China; una ciudad muy contemporánea y próxima a Shanghai, cuyo nombre “Dishui” significa “Gota de agua”.
Esperando sea una señal y buen augurio para concretar la ejecución de este idea que desde 2008, cuando gana la “Mención de honor” en la I Bienal de Escultura de Guadalajara, con su Gota a 20 metros, el artista venezolano, visualiza su realización.
