A great bunch of volunteers!

After 7 years as Curator/Director of the Wayne County Museum, and a year and four months as Acting Director, I have stepped down from that position. Effective October 1 David Tucker became the new Director. David is well qualified and will do a great job. I am confident he build on what has been accomplished thus far.
I will still be there volunteering on Tuesdays and doing special projects, so stop by and see me and also meet the new Director.

The museum will be closed Tuesday May 20th due to the possibility of severe weather. We will open Wednesday the 21st.
