Community ART Weekend Coming
You are invited to join us at Art Space for an easy going day of art and community. This September we will explore the acrylic art pouring on a variety of fall themed items. Come and see how fun and mesmerizing this technique can be.

What is Community Art?
During community art, our doors are open for you to wander the studio, watch work take shape, and experience the rhythm of making in real time. Second Saturday is for everyone, all ages welcome. Come slow down, get inspired, and enjoy art where it’s made. All projects are perfect for beginners, families, and anyone looking for a relaxed, joyful experience, this workshop focuses on creativity, not perfection.

Reminder - next Saturday August 8 is Downtown Pacifica Second Saturday and we have our Community Dye Event. Just $20 for any "small" fabric. Come bring new color to a stained T shirt, dishtowel or pillow case.

Additional fabric items will be available for purchase.

Next week is our final summer camp. Come and join us for a week clay-filled fun for our young artists!

When: Monday–Friday, August 4-8
Time: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Where: Art Space on the Coast, Palmetto Ave, Downtown Pacifica

Campers will spend most of the week getting hands-on with pottery — hand building, wheel time, and glazing — plus one special day of mixed-media art. Every child goes home with pieces they made themselves.

Join us for August's Second Saturday at Art Space on the Coast. This month we're opening up our indigo vat for the community! Bring your old dish towels, a worn-in tee, or any natural fiber fabric and we'll transform it into something beautiful together.
$20 per dye

August 8th | Second Saturday

SAVE the Date - our next Community ART is a favorite. come and bring your old T-shirts, stained dishtowels or other linen for our Community Indigo Vat event. This is a perfect way to bring life into some old in your house.

Community Indigo Dye
Saturday August 8 from 11- 4 PM
Just 20$ per garment (T-shirt, tea towel or smaller). Larger items have an up charge.
If you don't have anything, we will have towels, napkins, T-shirts and tote bags for purchase.
