A matched set of F units in silver and red and a gleaming set of streamlined cars can only mean one thing - the Super Chief is in town! One of the best things about our massive layouts is the ability to run full-length passenger trains and this 14 car consist never fails to impress.

Behind the famous ATSF 3751, the Grand Canyon takes a trip over Southern Pacific's Niles Canyon route on our HO scale layout. Thankfully, this bridge still sees steam trains today!

Trading the Hudson River shores for the rocky shores of the Bay, this D&H/Amtrak Adirondack is definitely taking the scenic route between New York City and Montreal. Let's hope the passengers packed a change of clothes.

O Scale is in on the action for 1960s/1970s Theme Day as well! This '60s era WP train is looking mighty colorful with the long string of GN boxcars coming down off the Inside Gateway route to the Bay Area.

This Sunday is 1960s-1970s Theme Day, and it's hard to get more 1960s than an SP freight train with an ex-DRGW ML 4000 on point and a former ALCo demonstrator behind! Combined with a couple of F units, these beefy locomotives haul an impressive freight train through Martinez depot on our HO scale layout.
