This San Francisco based duo brings lush vibraphone melodies, vintage exotica spirit, and tropical rhythms. Founded by Brian “Fisherman” Lease, a master vibraphonist with a passion for classic exotica and 60s jazz, and Bridget “Birdie the Tiki Girl” McCracken, a dynamic percussionist and DJ. Together they blend retro-futuristic sounds with playful tiki spirit.

Zion's Great Grandmother was one of the original Rosies in the Richmond Kaiser Shipyards. She actually worked on Red Oak Victory and visited the ship with her great grandson. When she passed, her wake was held on board. Way to carry on the tradition, Zion!

Red Oak Victory values our relationship with Cal Poly Maritime in Vallejo and we're proud to provide educational opportunities to these future mariners. On August 22, we participated in the incoming student orientation, explaining about the ship and the educational and volunteer opportunities that we offer.
