Sacramento people come see me today. I’ve changed it up. And I’m getting back to my roots. Now at the backyard Art Academy not only can you buy one of my creations but you can make a sweet ice dye of your own. Good for all ages. Hope to see you there.

At almost 8 years old this lovely girl Dylan was diagnosed with a small cancer tumor in her leg today. We had it promptly removed it’s the type that can recur anywhere so now we wait. They said it was well incapsulated so hopefully they got it and it won’t come back. Send your good energy her way. We could really use a break. Boy it’s been a rough few years.

I’m making up cycled purses now. They are called “couch couture” and are made with leather from old sofas and scraps of fabrics, small abstarts and pieces of discarded climbing rope. These two are 6x11 and 9x11 then are very sturdy and well made. They are priced at 75$ each.

I now make purses. These are from my new line called “couch couture” made from recycled leather couches, recycled paintings and remnants of climbing rope. Beautiful soft leather cross body bags for your essentials hand made. The abstract painted pocket is crazy storing and very flexable and has been treated not to flake off or peel or any other nastiness.
Each is one of a kind.

BACKYARD ART ACADEMY
GLASS FLOWERS FOR THE GARDEN

OCT. 13 3:30-5:00 SUNDAY
planning meeting
NOV. 3 and 10 3-5:30 Sundays
NOV. 6. 6-8:30 Wed Eve.

We will be collecting glass and china dishes and glassware and then by useing glue, epoxy, wire and “the kitchen sink” we will attach them together add paint, and add fancy “do dads” from my famous box and create lovely flowers and totems for your yard.
The price of the class includes all gues including epoxy resin, glass marbles beads, glitter glass paint and other decorations and instructions so you’ll be able to do it again easily on your own.
At the planning meeting I will give you shopping instructions as to what to look for, for your flowers. I have “a store” that you can shop at here at the house but we will need more. This part can cost very little (the dollar store ) or big bucks (antique store). I prefer middle of the road and will give you thrift stores I like.

You are welcome to attend either the Sunday day class or Tuesday night class or both.
You are welcome to make as many pieces as you want with in reason and respect to other students 
Price is $120 for all classes which includes all materials, except glasswhare
Edit I changed the night class to wed night to avoid Election Day

Edit #2 if you are not local and would still like to participate I could get together a materials list and have one of my students take a video of me during instruction. Strictly low budget at this point but I think with this class it would be easy to find out what you need to know. For a materials list, low budget, possibly extremely funny instruction video and help by phone text or email

Class size limited to 12. Need at least 4 to hold the class.
