"Bring the Mind Home" is co-founder, Minh Carrico, latest public art commission for Storefronts and Shunpike.

Our amplified network can be instantly found in every conceivable manner within our hands on a daily basis. While expanding the worldly knowledge, our presence within the immediate is seemingly lost. Drawing from The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying by Sogyal Rinpoche, Bring the mind home is a path for reconnecting the mind and body. The art of being present is available if we choose to let go of the world by finding the space between the past and future. That is to “Be here now.”

The installation can be found at the corner of Mercer Street and Terry Avenue North in South Lake Union.
