Your summer staycation starts at the Tampa Bay History Center.

A History Center membership includes year-round admission, access to changing exhibitions, discounts at the Museum Store and Columbia Cafe, and member pricing on select programs and summer camps.

This summer, your membership goes even further. In June and July, History Center members receive free admission to the Tampa Museum of Art, Inc. In July, members also receive free admission to Selby Gardens - Marie Selby Botanical Gardens for the named adult or adults on the membership, plus up to two children under 18.

Start at the History Center, grab lunch at Columbia Restaurant, walk the Riverwalk and keep exploring close to home.

Looking for a convenient summer camp in downtown Tampa? ☀️

History Adventure Camps at the Tampa Bay History Center give curious kids ages 7–11 a small-group, educational camp experience on Water Street.📚

Campers spend the week exploring museum galleries, taking part in hands-on activities and learning from special guest speakers. 🦴 🏴‍☠️ 🎨

With camp sizes capped at 20–24 children, families can expect a more personal experience in a setting designed for discovery. The History Center is especially convenient for families in downtown Tampa, Harbor Island, Ybor City and South Tampa.

Camps run Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.–4 p.m., with extended care available. 🔗

The Tampa Bay History Center is part of the Tampa-Hillsborough County Public Library Discovery Pass program, offering free admission to select local museums and attractions.
