Tucson Desert Art Museum and Four Corners Gallery Visualize history through art at this nonprofit museum.

The Tucson Desert Art Museum (Tucson DART) celebrates the spectacular arts and history of the Southwest’s Desert regions including Arizona, New Mexico, Southern California, Utah, Southern Colorado and Northern Mexico. The Four Corners Gallery is a retail space at the Museum and features art and jewelry by artists working in the Desert Southwest.

Some people collect art. Others drive it! Every lowrider is a moving canvas, crafted over hundreds or even thousands of hours. Behind every masterpiece is a builder, a family, and a dream. No two cars are alike because every story is unique.

Lowrider Exhibition rolls into our Museum: December 5th through March 7th. Our thanks to Tucson Lowrider Clubs for the cars, bikes and car memorabilia that will be on view!

Next up in the Museum’s Gallery is the wonderfully talented artists and artisans from Southern Arizona Arts Guild (SAAG) with an art show and sale “Finding True Southwest” opening November 4th. We are so excited to see the mix of pottery, photography, crafts and fine art that will define the region we all love! Here’s Tucson photographer Henry Sautter’s Evening Sunstar that will be on view and for purchase in the show.

Today we honor and celebrate the Indigenous peoples whose rich cultures, artistic traditions and enduring connections to the land have shaped the history and identity of the American Southwest.

The Tucson Desert Art Museum respectfully acknowledges the ancestral lands of the Tohono O’odham people and recognize the longstanding presence and cultural heritage of the Pascua Yaqui tribe.

Indigenous Peoples Day is an opportunity to celebrate the resilience, creativity and living traditions of Native American communities, whose contributions continue to inspire and enrich our world.
