Cemetery Walk tickets update!!

There are several tickets still available for this year’s event! Here is what we have open:

Friday, October 9 - 6pm, 6:50pm & 8:05pm
Saturday, October 10 - 6pm, 6:25pm & 7:40pm

See the attached poster for ticket prices and location for purchase (they can only be obtained in person).

Hours this week:

Monday, 10/5 - 9am-4:30pm
Tuesday, 10/6 - 9am-5pm
Wednesday, 10/7 - 9am-7pm (EXTENDED HOURS!!!)
Thursday, 10/8 - 9am-5pm
Friday, 10/9 - 10am-1pm

CEMETERY WALK TICKETS STILL AVAILABLE!!!

What is the Cemetery Walk?

The evening is multi-layered and lasts two to three hours.

1. Guests meet at the Wyandotte Museum where they learn about mourning customs.
2. A shuttle takes groups to Oakwood Cemetery where they walk down a lit path and hear stories from several residents of Wyandotte’s past. The event largely takes place at nighttime.
3. Guests are taken back to the museums campus for a themed presentation and refreshments.
4. The Wyandotte Museum is open for guests to view. The first floor is decorated and the gift shop is open.

Tickets can be purchased at our office at 2624 Biddle, Monday through Friday. Call 734-324-7284, email [email protected], or stop in! $25, cash or check only.

Are you interested in attending this year’s event but worried there aren’t tickets left? We have good news for you! There are still many remaining for both nights!

Come down to the Wyandotte Museums office at 2624 Biddle, Monday through Friday from 8-5 to get your tickets!

Tickets can be purchased Friday and Saturday, September 11 and 12 at 1100 Biddle Ave. from 9am-4pm.

Tickets will also be available Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm at the museums office, 2624 Biddle Ave.

$25 each, cash or check only.

2026 Cemetery Walk tickets go on sale starting Tuesday, September 8 and will be available until sold out! Tickets can be purchased at the Wyandotte Museums office at 2610 Biddle Ave., Monday through Friday.

CANCELED: WYANDOTTE STARS ANNUAL HOME CLASSIC

Due to forecasted showers and storms on Saturday, 8/22, the difficult decision was made to cancel the vintage ball game at Memorial Field. The teams hope to reschedule. Stay tuned to this page for updates.

We hope to see everyone soon, for a fun day of base running and old-fashioned sportsmanship!

Wyandotte’s Fall Citywide Garage Sale is just around the corner (can you believe it?!), and registration begins tomorrow, August 11. Residents can sign up at the museums office, 2624 Biddle Ave., Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm.

Th 2026 sale is September 11, 12, & 13.

The application can be found on the city website at https://www.wyandottemi.gov/572/tours-events (click on the ‘Fall City-Wide Garage Sale’ submenu), or filled out at our office. To find out more, access the application or contact staff at 734-324-7284; [email protected].
