Come together to draw and be creative, in fun and surprising ways at Drawn Together this weekend 🎨

Drop into the gallery to get creative with artist educators and try different artist-led activities at your own pace.

🔎 Take a closer look at some of the incredible glass and ceramics on display in 'A Celebration of Dry Run'.

The exhibition presents the work of thirty artists who have previously exhibited while studying Glass and Ceramics at the University of Sunderland.

On display until 28 May, free entry.

The Late Shows are back this weekend 🎉

Enjoy a night of crafting and creativity led by Gateshead based makers, creators and organisations.

The Shipley will be open from 6pm-10pm on Saturday 9 May. Drop-in anytime, it's free entry.

Reflective Recovery showcases the artwork created by members of our Recovery Connections group.

Over five weeks in February and March 2026, members of the group worked with artist Michael Davies to create both individual and collaborative artworks.

The artworks are on display at the Shipley until Friday 1 May. Take a look 😍
