Filipe's artistic journey began in 1973, and he has worked on various commissions throughout his career. He studied law at the Faculdade de Direito de Lisboa and later lived in multiple countries, including the USA, Portugal, and the UK. Notably, Pope Francis received one of his paintings in 2018. Currently residing in Liverpool, Filipe continues to share his art globally
