At The Beatles Story, our In My Life Memory Café provides a welcoming space where people living with dementia, their carers and loved ones can connect, share experiences, and spark cherished memories through music and conversation. 💜☕

🐝🌼 Bee Hives: 12 Month Update 🌼🐝

One year on from the launch of our Let It Bee initiative, we caught up with Vinnie from Southport and District Beekeepers to see how our Fab Four hives are thriving! 🍯

In partnership with Southport and District Beekeepers, and launched at the Southport Flower Show, the project has helped support local biodiversity, pollinator conservation, and environmental education. Over the past 12 months, thousands of honey bees have been hard at work helping local ecosystems flourish. 🌿🐝

As a proud holder of a Green Tourism Gold Award, we're committed to making a positive environmental impact, and it's been fantastic to see the difference these hives are making. 💚

We are saddened to learn of the passing of the incomparable Dolly Parton, one of the most beloved and influential artists in music history.

Dolly's songwriting, philanthropy, warmth, and unmistakable voice touched generations. Her impact extended far beyond country music, inspiring artists across every genre with her creativity, genorisity and enduring optimism.

Dolly was also a lifelong admirer of The Beatles. As a young fan, she was captivated by Beatlemania and carried that appreciation throughout her remarkable career. In later years, she forged a special connection with Beatles history, recording memorable interpretations of Beatles songs and collaborating with Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr on her acclaimed version of Let It Be.
