Good morning everyone,
We hope you have been enjoying the nice weather.

Things are changing at our railway.
From our May running you will just pay one entry fee and the afternoon is yours. Ride the steam/electric trains on both railways as much as you like, visit the museum and also enjoy free tea/coffee and squash.
The only additional things to pay for are the 'drive a loco' and a small donation to visit the signal box.
There will be no more tickets to keep hold of, no more 1st class or 3rd class options.

We look forward to seeing you all soon

Good afternoon everyone,

I have just been informed from the Easter Bunny that they have delivered an Easter hunt at the railway in time for Monday.
They have also dropped off some treats for all the children that take part.

Get your answer sheet from The Diner for just £1.00 and hunt the 10 bunnies and answer the questions. Hand it back in to receive you Easter treat.
All the money raised will go towards the final sum for our chosen charity of 2026.

Good evening everyone,
It seems so long ago since we last opened but behind the scenes, lots have been and still are being done to improve pathways down to the river.

Our first opening of the season will be Easter Monday.
It will be from 13:00-16:30.
There will be steam trains, electric trains, a museum and signal box to look round and a refreshment centre to get cakes, teas and coffees.
We run for charity each year. Depending on the number of visitors depends how much we can give to our charity.

We look forward to welcoming you all back for the 2026 season
