Today has been one of those humbling days.
I completely missed the date for my demo. I was so composed and confident about my schedule that I didn’t even think to double-check it, so realizing I had it wrong was honestly pretty embarrassing. Thankfully, I was given the opportunity to come in early and record, and I’m really grateful for that second chance.
On top of that, I’ve got a trip to the bank to start getting my business cards made and my business account set up with cards for my executive management team. There are a lot of moving pieces right now, and I’m realizing more than ever that I don’t want everything to come down to the last minute.
It’s all part of the process, though. You learn, you adjust, and you keep moving forward.
Now it’s time to put my head down, stay prepared, and show them what I do and why I love doing it. One step at a time.
