Lincoln Motor Fans! Ford History Buffs! Don't miss this engaging Sunday Talk detailing some little-known facts about the merger of Lincoln Motors and Ford Motor Company and the men behind the revitalization of Ford Motor Company's designs!
Admire the fresh Lincoln Zephyr Display featuring the gorgeous maroon 1937 Lincoln Zyphyr that shot Ford to first place again among the top auto makers of the day and the totally "Hollywood" 1940 black Lincoln Continental Zephyr Cabriolet! (Voted most beautiful car in the world when it debuted!)
See fantastic black and white framed photos from the design and engineering department at Ford Headquarters, showing proto-types and behind the scenes projects!
David Sprowl will be your host and guest speaker for this event that is free with your price of admission to the museum.
Come early to tour the other beautiful Fords and Mercurys, tractors and commercial trucks, as well as the replica 1936 big city Ford Dealership that has a beautiful example of EVERY model Henry produced that year! Even the 1936 Stainless Steel Sedan!
At noon there will be a meet and greet informational meeting for anyone wanting to learn more about volunteering at the museum, whether that be a docent or helping at events.
Then wander the parking lot to take in all the amazing cars that come to the monthly Cruise-in! Grab a hot dog and chips, and a special drink from the trailor "Dirty Splash Retreat" and head inside by 1:30 for this special Sunday Talk!

Now HERE is a new kind of car show! A celebration of the Flathead Engine - exhibiting a great variety of different automobile manufacturers! If you have a Flathead, YOU need to be here! And if you enjoy car shows, this is one to put on your calendar ! Registration forms for flatheads can be downloaded from the website flatheadsforeverreunion.com

Plan on a day full of things to do! There will be drawings for prizes, a 50/50 drawing, auto trivia on the big screen competitions, fun auto-related skill competitions, guest speaker from the Henry Ford Heritage Association, half price admission through the beautiful Early Ford V-8 Museum where you will see a replica 1936 dealership with ALL 17 models Ford put out that year, including the stainless steel sedan! See the new Lincoln Zephyr display- and kids of all ages can enjoy the museum scavenger hunt!
There will be food, fun, friendly people and fantastic automobiles!

More cars from the Early Ford V-8 Museum's Sunday Cruise-in yesterday! What a great turn out of fantastic vehicles!
Plan to come to our next one on Sunday June 14th! This is more than a fun car show! Different activities featured every month! June will offer an entertaining and informative Sunday Talk in the museum about the Lincoln company and Ford Motor Company merging - free with price of museum entrance, AND....if you want a free coloring page made of your car, we will make that happen! Hot dogs, chips, pop, fresh popcorn, and the beverage trailer "Dirty Splash Retreat" will be serving up fantastic dirty sodas of various syrups and fruit drinks, lemon shake-ups and iced coffees!

Some scenes from today’s Sunday Cruise-in at the Early Ford V-8 Museum! Around 40 different vehicles came out for this beautiful weather to enjoy the museum, visiting with other car enthusiasts, oldies music blasting ,and eat hot dogs, chips, fresh popped popcorn and other snacks and to try out a new beverage trailer - Dirty Splash Retreat, where you can taste many different soda and syrup versions and lemon shake ups and iced coffees ! These snacks and beverages will be a feature of all of our Sunday Cruise-ins!
Next one is June 14th, and will also offer a Sunday Talk in the museum about Lincoln and Ford Motor Company history, presented in the new Lincoln exhibit! You are sure to learn some interesting stories that are not widely known!
Also, we will make a coloring page out of your car for you that you can make your own copies of for your family kiddos or adults to color!
