This is how you relocate heavy picnic tables to refurbish, stain and relocate to our new "picnic" area.

The Prairie Aviation Museum is Open Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 - 3:00. We always put out our 50 U.S. flags for major holidays, including Memorial Day.

We are closed on Monday - Memorial Day but we will have our B-57 cockpit and OZ helicopter in Monday's Bloomington's Memorial Day Parade.

Remember, Memorial Day is to honor those that Gave It All to protect our freedom.

The Prairie Aviation Museum is now open every Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 am - 3:00 p.

The attached slides shows our 1st customers April 4th as well as many of the activies that our Wednesday workgroup. If you have some spare time, enjoy the outdoors, enjoy working on various types of projects, please come and join our Wednesday Workgroup from 9:00 - Noon.

Also, our Open Cockpit Days begin the 3rd Saturday's from May - September 10:00 - 3:00.

Our 2026 season begins Saturday, April 4th.

The museum will be open 11:00 - 3:00.

However, the museum is closed for Easter Sunday, the 5th.

We will then resume our regular weekend schedules
Saturdays and Sundays 11:00 - 3:00
