WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
The workshop “Mural/Illustration” workshop aims to introduce participants to the key characteristics of muralism and public art—including their materiality and the practice of intervening in public spaces—covering everything from theory to practice, and culminating in the creation of an individual, large-format painting.

El taller “Mural/Ilustración en gran formato “ tiene por objetivo que las y los participantes
conozcan las principales características del muralismo y arte público, sus materialidades y lo
intervención en el espacio público, desde la teoría hasta la práctica, finalizando con la
elaboración de una pintura individual en gran formato.
Bio
I’m a Mexican visual artist with over a decade of career specialization in mural and large-
format painting. I hold a BA in Graphic Design by the Habitat Studies Faculty at the San
Luis Potosí Autonomous University.
The visuals, colors, and textures that spring from my hands, drenched in my vision and
emotions, have taken me on travels across 28 states in Mexico, Latin American countries
such as Brazil, Colombia, Peru and Cuba, and Germany, France, Denmark and Spain in
Europe.
Biografía
Soy un artista visual mexicano con más de una década de trayectoria especializada en muralismo y pintura de gran formato. Cuento con una Licenciatura en Diseño Gráfico, obtenida en la Facultad del Hábitat de la Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí.
Las imágenes, los colores y las texturas que brotan de mis manos —impregnados de mi visión y mis emociones— me han llevado a recorrer 28 estados de México; países latinoamericanos como Brasil, Colombia, Perú y Cuba; y naciones europeas como Alemania, Francia, Dinamarca y España.
