Today is International Museum Day, and we’re reminded that museums are more than historic buildings; they are places where communities gather, stories are preserved, and history comes alive for future generations.

Because of our supporters, visitors can walk through the same halls explored for more than 150 years, students can experience history firsthand, and our community can continue gathering in one of Evansville’s most treasured historic places.

As a small nonprofit museum, your support truly makes a difference. Donations help us:
• Preserve the historic 1871 home
• Expand educational programming
• Care for collections and artifacts
• Keep community events accessible
• Continue restoration and preservation work
