Luca Studio & Gallery Working artist studio in downtown Fort Mill • Original art • Prints • Workshops

Luca Studio & Gallery is a working artist studio in historic downtown Fort Mill, South Carolina, featuring original paintings and fine art prints by artist Kelly Lucarelli. Visitors are welcome to explore the studio, view artwork in progress, and purchase one-of-a-kind pieces directly from the artist. In addition to original artwork, the studio offers small-group workshops, private lessons, art co

aching sessions, open studio time for artists, and seasonal art camps for youth and teens. The space is designed to be calm, welcoming, and inspiring — a place where creativity is both practiced and shared. Luca Studio & Gallery reflects Kelly’s belief that art should be accessible, meaningful, and connected to everyday life. Whether you’re looking to collect original artwork, develop your creative skills, or simply experience a working studio, you are welcome here.

Still trying to process this… 🤯✨

I haven’t seen it in person yet—just this incredible photo that was shared with me—but "Morning Glory", my painting of two pups on a beautiful morning in the mountains, is now showing in Times Square, NYC through the 2026 ArtPop cohort.

Seeing this piece displayed on The Cube at 2 Times Square is something I never imagined and feels incredibly surreal and humbling. If Cora and Max only knew. 🐾

I’m deeply grateful to ArtPop (ArtPop Street Gallery), OUTFRONT Media USA, and everyone helping bring artwork into public spaces in such a meaningful way and creating visibility for artists on this scale.

And a very special thank you to Yuki Tei Photo for capturing and sharing this moment with me. Since I haven’t been able to see it in person yet, receiving this photo meant so much.

The original painting is currently on view at Luca Studio & Gallery in Fort Mill ✨

Here is a question worth sitting with: what do you actually see when you walk into your own home?

Not what is there, but what do you still notice? What draws your eye?

What have you stopped seeing because it has been there so long?

"It's Complicated" and the online art gallery is here, if you need to switch things up.

The studio is officially in transition mode. 🎨

Paintings everywhere, stacks shifting, and somehow creativity hiding inside the chaos. Rearranging the studio always gets a little worse before it gets better. 😎

Come by during the Third Thursdays Art Crawl to see how it all unfolds!

May always seems to pull people outside more — longer evenings, warmer weather, everything blooming again. And I think that changes the way we see our homes when we come back in.

This time of year always gives me the urge to shift things around a little. Sometimes it’s furniture, sometimes artwork, sometimes just noticing a space differently.

Thanks for stopping by to spend a moment with "Fall Fields" today.

I’d love to know — have you been rearranging or refreshing anything in your home this spring?

If Fall Fields feels like it belongs in your space, customizable prints are available online in a variety of sizes and finishes. I also create custom paintings inspired by meaningful places, memories, and landscapes.
