Ordered the classic miel because I take my miels way too seriously and… no notes 😅

Also tried the cheddar scone and accidentally skipped the content creation part and went straight to eating it. Worth it.

One of our favorite restaurants in Traverse City, Farm Club, just opened a bakery + market and it looks SO good. 🥐✨

Fresh bread, pastries, local goods, coffee, flowers, and the same beautiful cozy atmosphere we already loved about Farm Club. Definitely adding this to our must-stop spots every time we’re up north. 🌿

New spot in Saugatuck 🌊✨
Marker 14 right on the water = summer perfection. 💦

Definitely a must try — the shrimp cocktail and walleye bites were SO good. Perfect place to sit outside, enjoy the breeze, have some drinks, and soak up the lake town energy.

1. single family home with a living space downstairs or upstairs that is either already renovated for this or has potential?

2. a multi-unit property

Off-market is ideal but not necessary.
