Well The Oklahoma Railway Museum is for you!

Here at we are run almost exclusively by our volunteers, and we have a place for everyone.

Train restoration, train crew, docenting, helping in archives, running social media, we need all types of people to run the museum! No previous expertise needed.

Whether you are looking to come weekly or just want to come a couple times to fulfill a volunteering requirement you are welcome!

In this video, our all-volunteer train crew comes together to move Locomotive No. 90 into position as we begin preparations for an upcoming cosmetic restoration. From careful planning to hands-on railroading, this move showcases the dedication, teamwork, and skill of volunteers who help preserve railroad history.

Locomotive 90 has seen decades of service, and while it’s not headed back to operation, it is getting the care it deserves. This project focuses on stabilizing, cleaning, and restoring its appearance so future generations can enjoy this classic piece of railroad heritage.
