Coming up in June, we've got an awesome solo show incoming from our very own Anna Chavez, mastermind of Project Galilea! PROOF is a new kind of exhibition detailing the intermediate stages of art and design. Anna Chavez, local artist, designer, comic book illustrator, & Emmy award-winning animator, is showing off the inner workings of her process. You'll see her paintings, drawings, storyboards, comics, & more on view!

First up is the heavily anticipated group show "Altered Humans." This exhibition celebrates the second release of .zine, and features the 53 artists from the zine! Join us NEXT FRIDAY for an opening reception at PBP from 5 pm - 7 pm. We'll have zines and photos for purchase, snacks, artists, and more! Mark your calendars and we can't wait to see you there! ♥︎

Aside from the times we need a puppy or a kitty to step in and cover a shift, you can catch Anna, Maurice, Megan, or Camryn in Pitch Black at all times during the week! Whether it's for coffee, a phone call, order pick-ups, or the newest crazy idea you had for printing, someone is here to help you out. We promise, no paws on the prints 😎

Have you checked out Altered Humans in the Pitch Black gallery yet? We're showing over 50 photos from half-lit zine issue no. 2 (), with this issue's images curated by Jack Scribner (). You don't want to miss! 🫯

There will be an opening reception for artists + friends in two short weeks on June 5th from 5 pm - 7 pm at PBP where you can check out the work in person. In the meantime, head to next week, May 30th from 3-6PM, for the Launch Party with DJ’s, zines, drinks, and community!

half-lit zine is created by Rachel Dickson (), with this special issue curated by Jack Scribner (). There will be a reception for artists + friends on Fri. June 5th from 5 pm - 7 pm at PBP where you can pick up a copy and check out the work in person. BE THERE and follow along with .zine for even more updates. 📸
