Each position includes a $1,700 stipend for 100 hours.
Open to students entering grade 10 and up (Bainbridge applicants must live in Southold Town). One application covers both programs.

Last week, our Education of Youth Committee volunteers wrapped up another Step Back in History Week program, welcoming students to learn about our history.
The week-long programming taught students about farm life, printing press, transportation, local nautical history, and more. One day, students were invited to walk the grounds and sketch at the lighthouse, with very impressive results.
The Education of Youth Committee is comprised of volunteers who play a key role in our mission of sharing education about Southold’s history with the youth in our community. This program ensures interest and knowledge about the community’s storied past proceeds to the next generation. Thank you!
