Little Nomad

Little Nomad Keighley Arts Hub and the Little Nomad Gallery are based in the old M&S building in Keighley. 47 Low Street, BD21 3PP.

Thanks to East Street Arts and Hammond Associates. Established at the end of the last Century, Small World was set up to provide face to face arts activities for people in Keighley and has consistently run activity sessions for young people, children and families and the wider community. The Little Nomad and SWANS is part of the Collective. A move to Keighley Arts Hub during lock-down gave the fre

edom and support to expand the activities and sessions and work with artists at the hub to create new projects. In 2021 The Little Nomad Shop (now in the old Carphone Warehouse) and Gallery was created which added opportunities for people to develop their creative outlets. In 2024 the Small World Arts Nomadic Spaces (SWANS) Project was created, this has enabled a number of local artists to gain a space in which to work and local small charities & organisations to have a town centre presence.

Very pleased that the fledgling Little Nomad arts and crafts outlet, which incubated in Keighley Arts Hub has been taken under the wing of Carla. It is now rebranded as Kraftopia. So great to see this project develop and move on. There are approximately 50 local maker involved.
