We’re excited to welcome Spirit of Essence to the Cone tomorrow. A perfect moment to rest, reset and rejuvenate.

For those lucky enough to have secured a place, please remember the session will take place inside the Cone. Bring anything you need to make your Sound Bath as comfortable as possible - a thick roll mat, sleeping bag or blanket can make all the difference and please arrive in plenty of time for a prompt 10am start. Unfortuantely, we cannot allow anyone in after this time, as the experience will have begun.

We can’t wait to welcome you. This is going to be something special.
