Finally it’s complete & here it is, ‘Summers Embrace, towards Trevaunance Cove’ Acrylic on Panel 18” x 24”.

It’s been an epic Painting in many ways, from the subtle sky to the tiny houses in the cove to hundreds of rocks at low tide to the foreground where each blade of grass & detail is painted one at a time without the use of a fan or stipple brush (something I’ve never done as I feel I can control the balance better) 🙄

I need to varnish it next 🫣😬 then off to the printers then to my framer then on display in the Gallery.

Teasing the last bit here as it’s pretty much finished, blade of grass by blade of grass & Heather this last section has been epic 🤯 Hopefully the next time you see it it will be signed & finished 🤞😅

Hi everyone, usually I’d do my progress update update today of my new Trevellas/Trevaunance Painting but the section I’m working on still has lots to do so will update when I’m happy with it, was working on it till 10 last night, at this stage it’s hard to keep leaving it 🤗

Progress update No.8 of my new Painting of Trevaunance from Trevellas.
In being so involved with the large area of low tide rocks I then realised there was another one lower right 🙈🙄😵‍💫😃
Happy now though to have pretty much the whole Panel with a layer of paint & now working on the final area, the foreground. phew 🙂

Here is a progress update of my latest Painting of Trevaunance from Trevellas Cove.
I have just about completed that low tide area of the rock pools & boulders, hopefully I haven’t left any out 🤯🤞😃
Soon I’ll be moving on to the final foreground area, phew.

This weeks Dexter update 🐈‍⬛
Of all the things to land on the studio roof, a Feather, was just too hard to resist, a v.quick removal of my work & cover up my Pallet followed by much Cat leaping, one landed on my easel 🙈😂 Had to go up on the roof to remove it 😃🥰
