Ennio Moresco is a master artisan who restores and rebuilds complex locking systems using traditional techniques and mechanical precision.
At the Scuola Grande di San Rocco in Venice, he has brought back to life ancient keys, locks, and hidden mechanisms that had been inactive for centuries.
His work often starts from historical drawings, including detailed designs inspired by Leonardo da Vinci’s approach to mechanics and engineering thinking.
Through metalwork and reconstruction, he revives systems that were once considered impossible to operate, revealing the intelligence of Renaissance-era design.
