After Enter Art Fair, we welcomed lots of new faces to our community – and we’re very excited and grateful to have you here. We thought it was time to properly re-introduce ourselves.

Founded in 2007 by Pien Rademakers, Rademakers Gallery represents over 55 artists working across textiles, sculpture, photography, ceramics, glass, lighting, furniture and mixed media.

With a pioneering focus on contemporary textile art, we represent artists whose practices are defined by craftsmanship, material innovation and meaningful storytelling. Through exhibitions, events and around 12 art fairs each year – both in the Netherlands and abroad – we connect contemporary art with collectors, architects, interior designers, hospitality groups and cultural institutions worldwide.

Behind it all is our small but very dedicated team. Jens (left) takes care of most of our sales and, unofficially, doubles as our handyman. From choosing the right artwork to figuring out how to get it shipped and onto your wall, Jens has you covered.

Next to him is Nastia, our gallery manager and the person who keeps everything running smoothly. Have a question? Nas probably already knows the answer.

On the right is Giulia, who brings a little Italian flair (and plenty of cheer) to the team. She’s always ready to lend a hand, whether in the gallery, at the fair or behind the scenes.

And, of course, there’s Pien, our founder and the driving force behind it all. From curating exhibitions and art fairs to being there for every opening, Pien is never far from the action.

Right now, we’re gearing up for the opening of Simone Post's solo exhibition, 'Where The Wild Things Are' on 12 September – with a little sneak peek in the background. We’d love to see you there!

We are excited to announce Pao Lien Djie as the official opener of 'Where The Wild Things Are', the solo exhibition by Simone Post.

Pao Lien worked closely with Simone on her installation at Centraal Museum Utrecht, making her the perfect person to introduce Simone’s new body of work.

Based in Amsterdam, Pao Lien is a design and art historian working as a curator, journalist, editor, consultant and project manager. She was also a central figure at design magazine Items, held various positions at institutions including the Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam, and served as editor-in-chief of BNO’s Dutch Designers Magazine and Dutch Designers Yearbook.

During the opening, Pao Lien introduces Simone’s practice and shares insights into the new works created especially for the exhibition.

Come by, meet us at the gallery and discover the exhibition. Join us on 12 September from 15:00–18:00 as we raise a glass to craftsmanship, textile art and Simone’s new body of work. We’d love to see you there!

As the team has safely returned to the gallery from an exciting weekend at Enter Art Fair in Copenhagen, some artworks are still looking for a new home.

Take a closer look at two of our bestsellers at the fair: Daniela Bergschneider and Hilde Trip. Both artists draw inspiration from natural shapes and forms, yet each has developed a distinct visual language. Daniela’s porcelain elements evoke associations with bone and internal structures, while the textile acts as a skin-like surface. Within Hilde's works she preserves natural materials, maintaining a tangible connection to their original, temporal state.

We’re delighted to share that Rademakers Gallery is presenting Mila Lanfermeijer at BIG Art 2026. From 11–13 September, find us at Codrico Factory (Building 3) in Rotterdam, where a selection of Mila’s works will be on view.

Working across textiles, sculpture, writing and video, Mila Lanfermeijer approaches folklore as an active verb. Her works honour the processes of before and in between – the moments in which beliefs, customs and skills are passed along from one individual to another.

We’re looking forward to seeing you in Rotterdam. For more information about Mila’s practice and our participation at BIG Art, visit our website via the link: https://www.rademakersgallery.com/art-fairs/142-big-art-rotterdam-codrico-factory-building-3/

Today is the final day of Enter Art Fair. Explore a diverse selection of art and design in our booth, including works by Simone Post and Stefan Gross.

Though working with very different materials, recycling and the transformation of existing materials are essential to both artists’ practices. Simone reimagines discarded and surplus textiles through bold, colourful compositions, while Stefan transforms recycled plastic into lush, expressive floral forms.

Make sure to stop by Booth 52 today to experience the works in person.

💡 Can’t make it to the fair? Discover Simone Post’s solo exhibition, Where The Wild Things Are, opening at Rademakers Gallery on 12 September.
