Our friends from St.Louis are bringing 50 of their closest friends and creatives for an adult field trip to Chicago this Saturday! We love STL and the amazing people too our Midwestern cousins are doing and we’re excited for them to meet some of our favorite Chicago creatives doing great work.

Huge shoutout to .world, the brainchild behind .world for putting this together! We were glad to connect them with — for a jam session, .do.bu of .co and of at the Arts Lawn () for an intentional gathering to allow creatives to network and chop it up about their experience living and making in their respective cities. If you’re a creative in Chicago, PULL UP!

Nigerian New York and London based fine artist, Obi Agwam creates visual summaries from his own journal entries to create space for people to be more expressive with their emotions while and depict his own experience. His vibrant artwork has a bit of a dark twist and showcases his inspiration drawn from animation and dark history.

He currently has a solo exhibition on view at the Royal Academy in London “Love Letters to You and Me” that closes this weekend.
