The Mosaic Templars Cultural Center showcases African American history in Arkansas, with exhibits on black-owned businesses, the Mosaic Templars, historic legislators, and the Arkansas Black Hall of Fame. ted museum is the state’s only institution with a mission to preserve, interpret and celebrate African American history and culture in Arkansas. MTCC is a proud agency of the Division of Arkansas Heritage which falls under the umbrella of the Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism.
