🍑An Honor For The Legend Who Always Kept Georgia On His Mind... MACON Georgia that is!
Thirty-six (36) years ago today, September 25, 1990, the city officially renamed a section of Mercer University Blvd to Little Richard Penniman Blvd in honor of its Macon native and legendary Rock-N-Roll pioneer. The Boulevard is a visual landmark that celebrates the legacy of our beloved Architect of Rock-N-Roll-- An honor well deserved and not soon forgotten!🫶
