Orlando Ques Chi Tau Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Chi Tau Chapter As the largest Omega Chapter in the state of Florida, we challenge ourselves to do the most service.

Chi Tau’s vision is to raise the overall community activism in the Orlando Metropolitan area, and encourage those who are not involved to become and remain active, for there is strength in numbers. We are proud to say that through youth mentoring, blood drives, scholarships and numerous other social action programs, we have helped the community at large. Despite being moderately successful in help

ing others, we realize that our job will not be done until we have reached out to every child, woman and man in the world. With a constant effort to benefit the community, we come to you in the spirit of unity – Unity in Our Communities. Despite our many focuses we must unify to truly make a difference. We stress unity amongst fellow Greeks, unity of race and eternal unity of mankind!

Congratulations to County Administrator Byron W. Brooks, AICP, on being named one of America’s 250 Public Service Champions by Local Gov 250 and the National Academy of Public Administration! This national recognition honors 250 outstanding public servants from across the country, each nominated by colleagues and members of their communities for their outstanding impact and dedication to democracy.

As County Administrator, Mr. Brooks is the chief administrative officer responsible for the daily operations of Orange County Government. In this role, he oversees departments and staff, supports the development and monitoring of the budget, and ensures the effective implementation of policies established by the Board of County Commissioners. His leadership is focused on ensuring that county services are delivered efficiently and effectively for the benefit of our community.
