Nothing is weightless
A series of mono screen prints developed in response to The Passion According to G.H. by Clarice Lispector. Working through repetition, relation, and tonal shifts, forms unfold across paired surfaces where boundaries soften and perception remains unsettled.

TONIGHT 6-9PM!!!

We’re delighted to present RE/COLLECTION, a solo exhibition by Alice McTear at Belfast Print Workshop, as part of our Graduate Award 2025 programme.

Opening Night: 7th May, 6–9pm
30-42 Waring St, Belfast

Alice McTear is a Belfast-based printmaker whose work explores colour, memory, and the everyday. Through layered etchings and chine collé, she transforms familiar objects into something deeply personal and reflective.

RE/COLLECTION delves into how everyday objects connect to memory, nostalgia, and emotion. The exhibition also offers insight into an autistic perspective; where the everyday can feel both overwhelming and comforting, shaped by routine, pattern, and visual language.

Join us to celebrate Alice’s work and this exciting new exhibition
