How is it September already?!! The summer seemed to fly by, highlight for us being our amazing Ancestry Day event in August.

In June, one of our local churches Kidderminster West Team Ministry welcomed Crystal's Vardo for two performances. This was a little bittersweet for us, as our arranged performances for the following days had to be postponed due to the extreme heat warning. However, it was wonderful to be able to see the performance! We are so lucky locally that we have so many positive things happening The Circle of Hope - GypsyRoma&Traveller GRT Friendly Churches.

Huge shout-out to this amazing lady Hayley Sharlene Price. Our project and collection is nothing without the community around it. Although Hayley and I had been in touch online, we didn't meet until June at Gypsy, Roma and Traveller History month events at The Hive. Hayley's passion for family history absolutely shines through, and within days we were setting a date for the Ancestry Day!

It has been an absolute pleasure working with you Hayley, and this is only the beginning! Thank you for your enthusiasm, your openness, and productivity!
