I am excited to announce a new exhibit of my works, entitled : Plasticity.

Plasticity explores the ability of materials to be shaped, formed, and transformed. Through steel, glass, acrylic, and canvas, the work invites viewers to consider what it means to shape and be shaped and what we choose to keep.

Feels great to be sitting outside again.Enjoying the warmer weather and this raven vortex spiral steel panel we have hanging out on our covered porch as a visual screen that creates privacy and interest.

I created this Dragon shield just about 8 years ago and I've been holding on to it this long to make sure that it was just right before I sent it out into the world. The front of the shield has three dragons emerging from its surface. I love dragons.

Before I painted on canvas to hang on the wall, before I learned to weld or do glass or make jewelry, I was painting on clothing. This is a collection of a mere fraction of the hundreds if not thousands of garments that I painted in the late '80s into the early 2000s.

Hello my friends, patrons and followers. I appreciate you visiting this page. I must tell you that this particular page was created many years ago when I was first starting out on Facebook. As you'll note, it looks like sometimes that I don't pay much attention to this page, because I'm over at my main page of Mark Groaning . That's where you'll find the most current events happening and what I'm working on in the studio as well as where I've been in my travels.
