NEW studio show - Celebrating 50 Years of DIY Music & Creativity in Liverpool
Part One: The Pool of Life

Private View Thursday 8th October 5-7pm ALL WELCOME

Our new studio show is the first instalment of a two part exhibition which shines a spotlight on the DIY ethic that is inherent to Merseyside’s music scene.

The first instalment (of a two part exhibition) focuses on 1976, and events that fuelled a music and creative renaissance including Mathew Street’s first Jung Festival, the release of Deaf School’s debut album, the opening of the iconic club Eric’s and the staging of Ken Campbell’s The Illuminatus.

Curated by Grant McPhee (filmmaker, director and author) and Jim Quail (creative director, Dorothy)
